Is there really a ginseng that cures tumors or cysts?

No. There is nothing that will cure tumors and cysts--either benign or cancerous. Surgery is the only way to remove them for a body. Some drugs (prescriptions) have been known to make some tumors smaller---but nothing will make them disappear.
