What is my right to study after having renal transplant operation as a MBA student?

I still cannot understand how can an educational body stop you from studying just because you have had an operation. Have you consulted your district's education minister? ON what grounds are they objecting to your right to study further? are you immobile in any way or need constant help?...if not, they cannot discriminate against you...can't you file an FIR against the authorities involved here?
