What kind of burn do I have?

I've been burned many times before (both by the sun, hot things and chemicals (when i thought i was a science major)) but yesterday I was baking and accidentially grabbed a hot pan with my thumb and pointer fingers. I put them under cold water and it hurt for a couple of hours yesterday, and i also put two blister band-aids on them to keep it clear of dirt and such. Last night i checked them and the skin where i burnt my fingers is indented on both, looks waxy, skin is dry, it's white and i don't have a lot of feeling (it actually doesn't hurt at all, which is why i'm concerned). They're not big burns at all and there isn't any blistering going on as far as i can tell... anythoughts are appreciated!
