Is it legal to cross a 6 lane road when it doesnt have a crosswalk?

I got to cross this road to get to work. I wouldnt want to get a ticket for jay walking. I would only go when it looks safe. Theres a median in the middle. Cars travel in packs so there would be times when I could walk accross the road safely.
