IDF help??

this may sound crazy and i know it is but... is there any way to get in touch with the IDF recruiting staff to warn them about someone who will be joining them soon? i know someone who is supposed to start soon and i know for a fact that this is not for him, he wont listen though, he hates following directions and being told what to do. also i just do not think that the army idea is good for him, he has some issues and i am not sure that he has truthfully told the army everything. i want to help him so badly. there has to be a way to make it so they realize that he is not army material and doesnt belong there! PLEASE help me with ideas. like i said i know it sounds terrible, but if you were in my place, you'd understand.
