I am a 27 year old lady and I would like to know how to cope with urine incontinence , I live in Africa.?

Because I live in Africa where most resources are scarce ,it has become very difficult to cope with the condition . My condition is incurable and no surgery can correct it .I am looking for tips on how to cope with this condition at home and at work .your co-operation will be greatly appreciated
