Do you think its safe to use peer-to-peer again?

You americans are a sore lot eh. Your government badgers and starts fights everywhere, they keep their citizens in a constant state of fear from the Gestapo....errr.....big brother...errr.. authorities and yet they pester you sheep with open ended threats and meaningless mails. What are they going to do? Please you people need to grow a set and rise up. At the least think for yourself. I am sure it is fine.
