Did the 76ers get robbed on Devin Harris shot?

the clock started late and how was that not a walk after he lost the handle of the ball. the sixers got so robbed bc the the clock started late and there is no way someone can do all of that in 1.8 secs. BULL****! refs missed that. wut you think?
